What is the Charme Dance trend?
It is a short video trend from TikTok and CapCut: a crowd at a retro Brazilian funk "baile charme" street party, filmed at night under a Rio viaduct, all swaying in the same slow, smooth groove. What photos work best?

Can I use a photo of my pet?
Yes. A clear photo of one dog, cat or other pet works as the front-row dancer. It needs to be your own pet or one you have permission to use.
How long is the video?
Each video is a portrait (3:4) clip of about 10 seconds, with no watermark.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes. You can close the page after you start: your video appears in My videos, and a guest buyer also gets a link by email when it is ready.
What if the video fails to generate?
If a render fails for a technical reason, the credits for that video go back to your balance automatically, and you can try again with the same or a different photo. You do not need to ask.
Can I post my video on social media?
Yes. The file has no watermark and is made for vertical feeds. Only post videos of people who agreed, and follow the rules of the platform you post on.
Do credits expire? Is this a subscription?
Packs are a one-time payment and the credits never expire. Nothing renews on its own. If you prefer a monthly plan, it is offered on the pricing page and you can cancel it anytime.
Can I get a refund?
Failed renders are refunded as credits automatically. For anything else, you can ask for a refund within 10 days of a purchase if its credits are unused; the Refund Policy explains how the amount is worked out.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Your photo and your video are visible only to you unless you choose to share the video. Your photo is not used to identify anyone and is not shown publicly.
How do I delete my photos and videos?
Photos are deleted from our storage 30 days after upload. You can delete a video yourself from My videos, or email us and we will remove your data.
